At Mondello 1962, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our Italian-inspired collections. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all Mondello 1962 tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
